Educate Gaines - Volume 1, No. 1

The Planning and Zoning Department takes seriously its role as an educator to the residents of the Township on matters related to zoning, land use and community development. As one part our our education efforts, starting in 2010, the Department will be issuing quarterly "Educate Gaines" releases via the website. These education pieces will be a one-sided document that focuses on a hot topic or important issue in the land use planning/community development world.
